Your Family Matters to Us

Our mission is to support people who are intentionally forming, growing, or changing their family.

We serve families all across Alaska, and also many from other states who have connections to Alaska.

In order to better serve our clients, we limit our practice to a few closely related areas. That gives us greater expertise in those areas, and less distraction. Let’s face it—the bread and butter for most family law firms is contested divorces. We don’t handle them because the demands of litigation interfere with our ability to serve other clients in a timely, focused manner.

We strongly believe in mediation and collaborative law, and we apply the principles underlying those disciplines to all our work.

We are, however, one of the few firms which can handle: contested adoptions and guardianships, relative custody cases, OCS placement disputes, etc.
