We provide legal advice on an hourly basis without requiring payment of a retainer. This is also referred to as “unbundled” legal services.

This is useful if you are working out a settlement or court filing on your own and want it reviewed. You may also want advice on how to get started. In this approach, the lawyer does not enter an appearance for you in court, and is not responsible for anything except the advice given on your specific questions. The court and other parties may be unaware that a lawyer is involved.
